Water-Based Drilling Waste Management Meets API Standard / Drill Cutting Treatment System
Introduction
Drilling waste mud is one of the major pollution sources in the oil and gas industry. Due to the engineering requirements, oil drilling mud is mixed with oil, water and organic clay etc. In order to meet the customer's requirements and environmental protection, TR Solids Control has developed drilling waste management(Mud non-landing system) with our own intellectual property rights. This system is used to treat waste drilling fluids by matched with drilling processing equipment and applicable pharmaceutical formulations. It ensures that waste slurry doesn't land for harmless treatment, and solves the issue successfully that drilling waste can not be treated efficiently and environmentally friendly.
Our TR drilling waste management is composed of drying shale shaker, vertical cutting dryer, decanter centrifuge, screw conveyor, slurry sand pump, centrifuge slurry pump (submersible slurry pump or screw pump), mud agitator, mud storage tank and other equipment.
Features of TR Drilling Waste Management
- Reduce the drilling waste quantity to save money on the disposal or further treatment.
- For oil based drilling cuttings, normally it can reduce the oil on the cuttings to 3% to 5%.
- For water based drilling cuttings, normally it can reduce the moisture content for easy transportation.
- Recycling drilling fluids for reuse to save cost.
